The Bail by Phone Process in Florida
 The "Bail by Phone" process is a fast, efficient service we offer our clients. This service will allow you to complete the entire bail bond process from the comfort of your own home or office. We are one of the few bonding agencies in Florida that offer this service to our clients. There are some required items you need to be eligible for this service:
- A fax machine
- A copy machine
- A major credit card or have Western Union arrangements
That's it. Simply download the bond forms from our website and start to complete them. If you do not have a computer or printer, we can fax you the forms directly. You will need to make copies of the front and back of your drivers license and the credit card you are using for payment. When submitting the paperwork to our office, it is important to go over it to make sure all required signatures are supplied. Without all of the forms signed we can not post the bail bond. You may want to call our office and speak to one of our bondsman before you fax them back to us. This way we can go over them together and be sure everything is done correctly. Taking these extra few minutes to cross the "T's" and dot the "i's" can save a lot of time.

Once all paperwork is send back to Bail-Florda, we will review and post the bond. All premium and collateral receipts will be mailed to you.
